I went grocery shopping with my mom and i got to buy my 50 cals whole wheats sticks, my 80 cal whole wheat bread and my fat free cereal, and a bunch of veggiess :)
I have decided to organize my life a little bit more, if im going to commit to this im planing on doing it the right way, yesterday at the market i saw this girl and i felt like such a whale beisdes her, she was so tall skinny, just plain gorgeous and i just though shes probably in control, not like me :( but i promise myslef im going to do thiss i have to i need too, so im just allowed to purge once a week only if i over eat and im planing in increasing my excersices and my water intake and keep my cals under 600 :)
